Eiton Doron, Israeli chef, has been working and living in Kyiv now, who is constantly looking for new flavors and combinations, will take us into the world of Israeli cuisine.

Every single dish starts with the history. And the Eiton's personal story begins with imagination and vision. Vision, that combines colors, flavors, textures and ingredients together. Eiton is well known as an artist, who frivolously and fearlessly make his own style of living. He embraces the simplicity of one product while admiring the complexity of another, being fascinated with the harmony of how well they've been "married" in one particular dish.

Elegance, order, consistency, simplicity, purity, quality and style- those are the essentials of his creativity. He finds a balance in his knowledge and tries to share it with the carefully picked words and his senses with thoroughly picked flavors.

At the age of 15 he was making pancakes at his mom's kitchen trying to strive it for the perfection. That was exactly when his passion for culinary began.
