Dom Master Klass is a Ukrainian non-governmental cultural center, established in Kyiv in 2007. 
The founders of the center are Kyivans: Evgeni Utkin- businessman, IT industry pioneer in Ukraine, public figure and Iryna Budanska, educator. 
The biggest large-scale project of Dom Master Klass is the festival of high art Bouquet Kyiv Stage, established in Kyiv in 2018. This is an international, multidisciplinary, non-commercial, socially oriented cultural event held every year in summer in Kyiv in an iconic location -Sophia Kyivska.

The history of Dom Master Klass goes back to the first years of Independent Ukraine. The harbinger of the cultural center was an English language school Oxford Klass opened in Kyiv in 1994. It was one of the first successful non -state English language schools in Ukraine.  
In 2001, one of the first non-state centers of children development in Ukraine, Okeshkin Club, was created.  
Dom Master Klass founded in 2008, incorporated educational, enlightening and creative arts activities.
