Proton Bern Ensemble is a unique Swiss band that creates new approaches in contemporary academic music. The band has established itself as one of the best new musical groups, which in its concert performances combines the genres of classical and experimental music, having one passion - interest in undiscovered musical reliefs.

It was a unique performance on the border between noise, modern composition, improvisation and electronic music. The sound of Swiss contemporary music in the ancient places of Sophia of Kyiv connected the historical context and modern life, Swiss and Ukrainian culture. Contemporary Swiss music was presented to the Ukrainian public.

Thanks to the support of Pro-Helvetia - the Swiss Arts Council, it was possible for the group to come and perform at the festival and to promote Swiss culture.
