Kyiv Art Sessions – the Seasons of Ukrainian Art – Open the Season 2026The 2026 season of Kyiv Art Sessions will commence with a tour of the Kyiv Chamber Choir, under the baton of conductor Mykola Hobdych, across the United Kingdom and France.From 23 to 27 March 2026, the music of leading Ukrainian composers will resonate in landmark venues in London (United Kingdom), as well as in Rouen, Paris and Rennes (France).23 March, St John the Baptist Church, London, UK“Prayer for Ukraine” ConcertFeaturing works by Myroslav Skoryk, Yevhen Stankovych, Valentyn Silvestrov, Hanna Havrylets and Victoria Poleva.A charitable initiative in support of the Voices of Children Foundation.In partnership with St John the Baptist Church and the Embassy of Ukraine in the United Kingdom.25 March, Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Rouen, Rouen, FranceConcert of music by Valentyn Silvestrov with the composer in attendance (!), presented as part of the Season of Ukraine in France “Voyage en Ukraine.”In partnership with Institut français and the Ukrainian Institute.26 March, Abbaye de Saint-Denis, Paris, France“The Ukrainian Soul”, closing concert of the Season of Ukraine in France “Voyage en Ukraine.”The programme includes works by Victoria Poleva, Hanna Havrylets, Lesia Dychko and Valentyn Silvestrov.In partnership with Institut français, the Ukrainian Institute and the Festival de Saint-Denis.27 March, Cathédrale Saint-Pierre de Rennes, Rennes, France“Prayer for Ukraine” ConcertA charity event: proceeds will support the Ukrainian Firefighters Foundation for the purchase of evacuation fire vehicles.In partnership with the Association Solidarité Bretagne Ukraine.Kyiv Art Sessions – the Seasons of Ukrainian Art – were co-founded in 2024 by the Dom Master Klass Cultural Centre and charitable foundation Art Shield.The project presents outstanding examples of contemporary Ukrainian art to the international community.During 2024-2025, four seasons of Kyiv Art Sessions were successfully held in the United Kingdom.In 2025, the project received three prestigious international distinctions: two 2025 SABRE Awards in the category Preserving Art in Crisis and a 2025 PR Daily Media Relations Award.
