Behind the Idea
In 2010, DIM MK and the Jazz in Kiev Production Centre launched the international children's jazz festival OKeshkin Jazz.

Since then, it has become a key event for supporting and developing children's performing skills, giving young 3-18-year-old artists the opportunity to perform in front of a large audience, work on one stage with professional jazz musicians, who are participants of a stage band and special guests of the festival, as well as to feel at the epicenter of the musical life of the capital of Ukraine.

Behind History
The 5 festivals have already taken place and more than 400 young musicians have performed on the stage. For many of them, OKeshkin Jazz has become a stepping stone to a professional music career and worldwide success!

Behind Personalia
The well-known radio presenter and producer Oleksii Kogan is the permanent art director and host of the OKeshkin JAZZ Festival.

In different years such an outstanding jazz musicians as pianist Misha Tsiganov (the USA), drummer Krzysztof Zawadzki (Poland), singer Olga Pirags (Latvia), as well as Oleksii Saranchyn's Kyiv Quartet and a famous Ukrainian singer Jamala were special guests of the festival.FORMER EVENTS FORMER EVENTS FORMER
